Crunk...

Crunk

07.07.07
This morning....
*beep*
I received SMS from Ray...
*let's get him crunk*
With my half litted eyes....
I replied yes.....
and went back to sleep....
I didn't know what it meant....
but sounded bit...
absurd...
Soon...
In the afternoon....
*beep*
I received another SMS ....
This time from Alex...
*Am coming with cigars*
I replied back...
Later...
Evening sun shone....
in from my window...
*beep*
The door bell rang...
I deliberately browsed their freight...
Nothing much....
but instead....
They brought in some witty grins....
One day....
One connotation....
Three guys....
Three birthdays...
Three friends....
Three crunks....
The following day....
I told Ray...
*we were pretty crunked, weren't we*
He did not understand me.....
instead....
he said...
*typo error*
It supposed to mean...
*drunk*
Later I found out that...
It was a new word ...
That have just been added....
in the dictionary.....
On the exact same day....

Main Entry: crunk
Pronunciation: \ˈkrəŋk\
Traditionally, crunk meant a hoarse, harsh cry. The term is often used as slang to mean intoxicated. Folk etymology suggests the modern usage of crunk originated as a portmanteau of the words "crazy" and "drunk" or having been "cranked up" to a level of excitability at which one becomes "crunk".
